I'm Dr Kelly, a chiropractor who assists women in perimenopause and menopause who are dealing with energy, sleep, weight, skin, metabolism, mood and even your ability to handle stress.  

I know firsthand the challenges of feeling helpless inside my own body, even as I was incorporating more holistic and "crunchy" habits into my life. I understand the feeling of waking up one day and not even recognizing myself or my body.
