They’re infused with Young Living essential oils to give them an extra boost of flavor and wellness! ๐Ÿ™Œ
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries (chopped)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 drops Orange Vitality essential oil ๐ŸŠ
  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality essential oil ๐ŸŒฟ
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and essential oils.
  4. Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped cranberries and orange zest.
  5. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
